Restoration Behavioral Health currently houses our LeaderLAB and LeaderU programs through which our RBH staff has the opportunity to help empower both students and adults from hard backgrounds and circumstances.

Through RBH, we have the ability to come alongside our Leaders in Training (LITs) to create a uniquely holistic-minded kind of work environment for them. This plays out in several ways: helping our LITs increase their levels of emotional intelligence and resilience via monthly goal setting meetings and weekly nurture groups; connecting the LITs to free counseling services through Restoration Counseling; and assisting LITs on a limited basis to secure social services, such as locating temporary housing, child care, and financial assistance programs.

We are working fervently to grow RBH to serve not only our LITs but also our community. The need for access to robust care in New Orleans cannot be overstated, and we are excited to be a part of that care in our community.
